As April 2028 approaches — ten years since the Movement began — we have been asking one question: what can we give to the youth of this generation?
The answer is People Like You, a one-day, in-person youth empowerment and capacity-building symposium on 12 June 2027 in the Tema enclave.
It will bring together 700 to 1,000 young people from junior and secondary school, tertiary education, and young job-seekers. The day pairs them with locally and internationally renowned young mentors for practical guidance on career, social, and personal decisions.
The aim is awareness, practical guidance, and confidence: helping young people make informed decisions and stay focused on their ambitions, so the next generation becomes a strong and cohesive force for Ghana's sustainable development.
Registration details are still being confirmed. When they are, they will appear on the events page.
